1. Service Description

4Front 2 Market ("we", "us") operates the Nordic Investor Scanner, a market intelligence platform that aggregates publicly available information about Nordic life science investors, portfolio companies, and key personnel.

2. Account Registration

You must register an account to access the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person; sharing login credentials is not permitted.

3. Subscription Plans

• Free plan — Access to investor portfolios, market overview, funding rounds, and limited news. Contact details and board network data are not included.
• Pro plan ($5/month) — Full access to all data, including person contact details (emails, LinkedIn profiles), board overlap networks, complete company profiles, full news archives, and CRM export functionality.

The Pro plan is billed monthly. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

5. Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with the service, contact us at support@4front2market.com within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. After the initial 14-day period, refunds are not provided for remaining subscription time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform for legitimate business purposes only. The following are prohibited:

• Bulk downloading, scraping, or systematic extraction of data from the platform
• Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the data to third parties
• Using the data for unsolicited mass marketing or spam
• Attempting to circumvent access controls or subscription restrictions
• Sharing account credentials with others

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

7. Startup Listings

Registered users may submit a startup listing to present their company to investors on the platform. By submitting a listing, you confirm that you have the authority to represent the listed company. Basic listing information is visible to all authenticated users. Detailed contact and pitch information is only shared with verified investor staff (users whose email domain matches a registered investor) and platform administrators.

We reserve the right to pause or remove listings that are incomplete, misleading, or unrelated to the platform's focus on Nordic life science investment.

You may edit or delete your listing at any time. Deleted listings are permanently removed.

8. Data Accuracy

The information on this platform is collected from publicly available sources and is provided "as is". While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, correctness, or timeliness of any data. You should independently verify any information before making business decisions based on it.

9. Intellectual Property

The platform design, code, and aggregated data compilations are the property of 4Front 2 Market. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the data for your own business purposes. This license does not transfer ownership of the data.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4Front 2 Market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Termination

You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to Pro features will cease at the end of the current billing period.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
